Pre-Tour: Lisbon (2 nights, not included)
- Fly into Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS).

- Rental van collected from Lisbon Airport on the morning of Day 1.
Day 1: Lisbon → Coimbra → Douro Valley
- Depart Lisbon by 9:00 AM, heading north.
- Lunch stop in Coimbra: visit the UNESCO-listed University and its Joanine Library; try Chanfana at a traditional tasca.
- Arrive at Quinta Nova Winery House in the late-afternoon golden light, with a welcome glass of estate white on the terrace.

Day 2: Douro Valley — full day
